The Norinco Model 213 is a Chinese-produced copy of the Soviet TT-33 Tokarev, differing most notably from the original by the addition of a frame-mounted manual safety at the rear of the frame. Unlike most Tokarevs chambered in 7.62×25mm, the Model 213 was offered in 9×19mm Parabellum and fed from eight-round magazines. Many were imported into the United States before the import of Norinco rifled firearms was halted in the 1990s, and complete, boxed examples in this condition are increasingly hard to find among collectors.
