This Smith & Wesson M&P 10mm is the Performance Center model, chambered in 10mm Auto. A Burris FastFire 3 red dot is fitted. Four 15 round magazines are included, two more than the two the pistol ships with from the factory, along with the original box.
Smith & Wesson announced the Performance Center version of the M&P 10mm in 2023, building on the M2.0 platform. It runs an extended 5.6 inch barrel whose porting mates with ports in the slide to help manage recoil, the barrel sitting flush with the end of the extended slide, and the longer slide gives a seven inch sight radius. Factory tritium night sights are fitted at a height that allows co witnessing with many electro optics, and optics mount by way of Smith & Wesson's C.O.R.E. plate system. The flat faced M2.0 trigger is factory tuned and a bilateral manual thumb safety is fitted. The pistol feeds from fifteen round metal magazines, two of which are supplied, and weighs 31.4 ounces at 8.6 inches overall. The polymer frame carries an embedded, extended stainless steel chassis at an eighteen degree grip angle and takes four sizes of interchangeable backstrap, with the stainless components given an Armornite finish. Against the standard M&P 10mm the Performance Center adds the porting, the extended barrel, the tuned trigger and the tritium sights.
