Lot Notes

Factory 366 Type 56 SKS rifle chambered in 7.62x39mm. This example is described as new old stock and is still preserved in cosmoline, making it an uncommon find in this level of condition. It features a sword bayonet and presents in excellent condition as a preserved surplus rifle.
The bore is mirror bright, and the rifle retains the appeal of a Chinese Type 56 SKS that has remained in storage rather than seeing normal service wear. Serial numbers do not appear to be matching, but the overall new old stock condition, cosmoline preservation, sword bayonet configuration, and clean bore make this a notable example for collectors and SKS enthusiasts.
