The Magpul BEV Block (Barrel Extension Vise) is an all-in-one, compact vise block for AR-15/M4 assembly work such as barrel nuts and flash hiders. It mounts securely in a vise, supports billet and forged upper receivers, and engages the barrel extension with solid steel lugs and a full-length support shank to prevent flexing.

  • Steel Lugs: Engage the barrel extension; hardness optimized not to damage it
  • Support Shank: Full-length steel shank prevents flexing
  • Receiver Protection: Magpul polymer on all other engagement surfaces protects the aluminum receiver
  • Stability: O-ring post uses the bolt carrier for added stability
  • Included Pin: Keeps the upper in position
  • Upper and Lower: Works with billet and forged upper receivers
