Lot Notes

This SIG Sauer MPX is a Gen 2 rifle chambered in 9mm, with a 16 inch barrel and an M-LOK
handguard. It has been fitted with a Radian Raptor charging handle and a Magpul AFG
angled fore grip, both aftermarket additions rather than factory SIG parts. Three
magazines are included: two 20 round and one 30 round. The rifle is used and in very good
condition, with small handling marks and dings on the surface. The bore is mirror bright
and the rifle is mechanically excellent.

The MPX was designed by SIG Sauer in 2013 and entered production in 2015. It is built
around a short stroke gas operated system firing from a closed bolt with a rotating bolt,
an arrangement that also accommodates suppressor use. The design is primarily chambered
in 9x19mm Parabellum and has been offered with barrels from 4.5 to 16 inches, the 16 inch
length being the semi-automatic rifle configuration. Controls are ambidextrous
throughout, including the selector switch, bolt release and magazine release, and the
barrel is free floated within the handguard. Factory magazines are made in 10, 20, 30 and
35 round capacities alongside a 50 round drum.
