Store Policy
Every firearm we sell is inspected, photographed, and described by hand before it ships. Please read this policy before ordering — placing an order means you accept it.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and orders are not refundable after the item has shipped. What you see in the listing — actual photos, serial number, any accessories — is the firearm you will receive.
Inspect Before You Accept
Examine the firearm at your FFL dealer before completing the transfer. If the item is grossly different from description/damaged in transit, do not accept the transfer — contact us while the firearm is still at the dealer and we will make it right. Once you accept the transfer, the sale is complete and the firearm is yours.
Failed Background Check
If you are unable to take delivery because of a failed or denied background check, we will refund the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs in both directions. Know your local and federal eligibility before you order.
Shipping Damage
Every shipment is fully insured. Inspect the package with your FFL dealer at receiving; report any transit damage to us within 48 hours and we will handle the insurance claim and resolution. Do not accept the transfer of a damaged firearm.
Cancellations
Orders canceled before shipment are subject to the same 15% restocking fee.
