Mauser C96 “Broomhandle” pistol chambered in 7.63 Mauser, serial number 229939, with 1911-1915 manufacture noted. This pistol is completely matching, including the grips, and still retains its original lanyard ring. It retains most of its original blue finish, with wear on the high spots from being carried in the holster stock.
The safety, trigger, rear sight slider, and bolt stop still retain most of their fire bluing. The bore is bright with sharp rifling, and the internal mechanism shows very little wear, suggesting a very low round count. The included stock is original but not matching to the pistol. A strong C96 example with matching pistol components, attractive remaining finish, and desirable original features.
