The Palmetto State Armory PA-15 is a direct-impingement AR-15 pattern rifle chambered in 5.56 NATO. The lower receiver is marked PA-15 MULTI and produced in West Columbia, South Carolina.
The rifle is built on a PSA Freedom-series barrel marked 5.56 NATO 1/7, a 1:7 twist rate that stabilizes the full range of common 5.56 and .223 bullet weights. It carries a standard A2 birdcage flash hider and a fixed front sight base with sling swivel. The flat-top upper provides a full-length Picatinny rail, with a Magpul MBUS folding rear sight installed.
Furniture is Magpul MOE throughout: M-LOK handguard, adjustable carbine stock, pistol grip, and trigger guard. Forward assist, dust cover, and mil-spec single-stage trigger are standard.
One magazine is included.
